Happy with SD-2525

Summary:The range in this collar is amazing! We have used it in the forest and I haven’t experienced any problem with it even up to a quarter of a mile. At least, that’s how far we’ve tried it so far. I still haven’t checked it beyond that and they are saying that this product works up to a 2-mile range. I am also impressed with the performance of the batteries. The battery life is just awesome! We use it occasionally throughout the day and the battery lasted for over a month. I think I got a whole lot more than what I paid for. This product is totally worth it! On top of it all, the collar and remote are tough. We’ve used it in very tough situations and they are still working perfectly even after that. You get dirt or water on them and that won’t be a problem. Great product! I just wished the package included a strap for the transmitter. But that’s just a very minor thing. All in all, this product is excellent.

Finest collar for me

Summary:I love this product. It has worked wonders with my dog. He responds to it very well. It has helped me teach him basic commands and some few other tricks. I’ve tried another product previously but it didn’t work. My dog doesn’t respond to the lowest setting so we tried the next one and he got aggressive the moment he felt the stimulation. It just wasn’t fit for him. It was a bad product. I looked through the internet to find another collar and I found this SportDog collar and gave it a shot. I’m very happy with that decision I made. It has changed my relationship with my dog. We have more fun together. I love spending time with him even more. I am glad that I got this one. It has a high range and it is waterproof. It has a lot of features that you can choose from to match your training preferences. You can add up to 6 dogs to the system but I only have 1 dog. I guess this might be useful if we decide to get another dog. Thanks SportDog.

Tough one

Summary:SD-2525 is great! It is one of the best I’ve used so far. My buddies and I are fond of hunting and if you’re into hunting, you’d know that it is best if you have complete control of your dogs. I train my dogs myself so I’ve been using collars for a long time. I’ve had several experiences with other dog collars and the SD-2525 is one of the best. They say this product is tough and I believe them. You should too! You can use it in pretty much any type of environment and it can last a fairly long time. I’ve used it during rain and during a very dusty and hot afternoon and the product was able to handle it. We go hunting in all parts of the country and every trip is different from each other. But in each trip, the SD-2525 remained consistently great and effective. My friends also use this product and they have the same sentiments as mine. This product is excellent. I would definitely recommend this to those who love hunting.

SD-2525 is amazing

Summary:I’m happy that I switched to SD-2525 product. I’ve used another collar for about 2 years but I finally decided to replace it. My old unit used regular batteries and I had to go to the store every week just to buy new batteries. It was such a hassle. The SD-2525 runs on rechargeable batteries and they are performing extremely well. Charging them is very easy and they last forever! I’ve been having difficulty training my dog even with simple voice commands but this collar changed all that. After a day of training, I’ve taught him “come” and “sit”. That’s a mighty accomplishment for us both! This collar has made us closer. I know I’m a bit exaggerating but I can’t help it. That’s how happy I am with this collar. I highly recommend this product!

No more jumping up on people

Summary:This is a great product. We have a Great Dane who is very stubborn and who seems to have a mind of her own. She loves to jump on people even if they are strangers. She just loves to do it! It’s so embarrassing that we hardly take her out of the house. This bad habit of hers completely disappeared after using this product on her. I just started with the lowest setting and she responded to it well so we never had to go up. Now, we use the vibrate feature which is great since I’ve tested the stimulation on my finger and it was quite uncomfortable but not painful. It was a relief that I wouldn’t have to use the stimulation on her again. I really like this collar.
