Summary:This collar is everything that I wanted on a collar. It helped me to successfully train my dog to stop barking a lot and stay put when he is told to. This collar is the real thing. It is very effective. Operating it is very easy and very simple. I hate gadgets that are too complicated to use and this product is nothing like that. The instructions were very easy to follow. I’m also impressed with how tough this product is. We’ve used it while it was raining and we had no problems even after that. Also, I’m pretty sure the collar has been bumped and thumped in more than one occasion. My dog is very hyperactive so I’m sure of this. I was expecting that this collar will surely help me train my dog. What I wasn’t expecting was how fast I would get the results. It was really quick. We only needed about a week to complete training in all the commands. That’s great performance!

Nice collar for training your dog

Summary:This is a great gadget. It is efficient, simple and durable. We use it a lot. We use it for training four days in a week. Each training session takes about 30 minutes to an hour. Depending on how the training actually turns out. The batteries are performing well despite this schedule. I have no problems with its performance. Recharging is also very easy. I particularly love that it runs on rechargeable batteries. It saves a lot of time and money. The range is okay based on experience. I also love the feedback feature. It helps confirm that you are actually giving a correction on your dog. The built of the product is also of good quality. It looks tough enough to last a long time.

Summary:I bought this collar when my dog was just a 10-month old pup. I had to train him because he was very headstrong and seemed to do stuff at his own terms. He didn’t listen to any of the commands I tried to teach him. I particularly wanted to gain control of him whenever we go out of our house. We usually go to a nearby beach and when we go there, he will surely run off to anywhere he wants to. Well, that was before I was able to train him with this collar. Ever since the first day of using this, my dog has been a completely obedient dog even when he is surrounded by a lot of distractions. Training was very easy. It only took me around 2 days until he finally understood that if he didn’t obey the command he would surely get the correction. The only issue I have with this collar is its range. It’s lower than what I expected. But I guess it really depends on the area where you use it. I just have to adjust as necessary.

Poor battery performance

Summary:I was really happy at first with this collar. It was working pretty well. It helped improve my dog’s behavior. However, after a few months, I noticed that charge is lasting shorter and shorter. About 2 weeks ago, it finally got to the point of not being able to last for an entire training session. Now, the batteries totally died out. I can’t even give out one correction. The unit just shuts off. It’s really disappointing considering the money I spent on this product. I was expecting that it would last way longer than this. I’m still trying to contact customer service if I could get a replacement for this. I sure hope so.

Batteries need replacement

Summary:I’ve had this collar for a year already. About 4 months ago, I noticed that the battery wasn’t lasting long enough. At first, we were lucky to get by 2 training sessions without having to recharge. Then we were left with 1 session and then finally, we couldn’t even get past 1 whole session. Note that we do not use it excessively since our dog is generally behaved and we only use the collar for reinforcing commands and for backup control when he is off-leash. We ended up charging it almost every day just to be able to use it. It was becoming too much of a hassle to use. I haven’t used it for quite some time now. That’s money down the drain.
