Fit for very active dogs

Summary:Our major problem is that we have a very hyperactive dog and we live near a highway. That’s a very bad combination, I know. We’ve tried everything to teach our dog to stay within our property but there’s just too much distraction for her to resist. I finally decided to buy this fence when one of our neighbor’s dogs died when it got hit by a car when it tried to cross the highway. I always worry that our dog will one day escape and run across the road and meet the same accident. Installation was very easy. We were able to start training right away. I was expecting that my dog will be trained in a week or so but I was surprised that in just a day of training, she was able to learn where her boundaries are. On the first day, she tried to cross the boundary and she got zapped. She immediately ran back to my side and she didn’t try again to cross the flags after that incident.

Summary:I’m very happy with this product. It is very easy to use and set up is also very straightforward. You don’t have to do a lot of things to install the fencing system. Unlike those with wires wherein you still need to setup the wires. I’ve also observed that battery life is good. It lasts long especially if your dog has already learned to stay within the limits since the shock isn’t set off as often as before. Our dog has quickly picked up on the fencing system. After just three to four days, he has learned not to run off outside the boundary. I highly recommend this product. It will surely keep your active dogs within their limits.

Summary:This product is such a treasure! I was about to give up on my dog. I have a lab and she is very stubborn. I can’t keep her from running off at her own terms. I have been wanting to train her to stay within our area but I just can’t seem to get through her stubborn head. It was an impossible task until I found this product. It really works! The greatest thing about this is that it is very easy to install. You just have to follow the instructions to the detail. It is very important that you do so that you are doing the training properly. The success of training your dog will greatly depend on how you use the system. If you use it incorrectly, you may not get the results you want. An even worse scenario is when you end up hurting your dog just because you didn’t follow the instructions. My dog has completely changed after training with this system. She is very calm and well-behaved. She stopped pulling on her leash whenever I put it on her. She doesn’t run off outside our set limits. Thank you Petsafe!

Summary:All I can say is that this product is really amazing! We use this for our Rottweiler who is very hyperactive. What impressed me most is the actual turnabout of results. I was expecting at least 2 weeks of rigorous training before our dog will actually understand the whole system but it only took around 3-4 days to completely train our dog. We used to put her often on the leash but after being trained on this product, we let her run around in the yard and she loves her newly acquired freedom. And we don’t have to worry about her going out of the perimeter. My wife and I are extremely happy that we bought this system. Just a reminder to carefully study the instruction manual.

Summary:I have a very active terrier so I was really looking for a product that would be very effective on her. I’ve tried other products and nothing worked on her. The last one I bought was an invisible wire fence system which actually worked the first few days. But later, my dog eventually learned how to evade the system. It was a total waste of my money. I was browsing for other products to replace my old system and I came across the PIF-300. I’m so glad I tried this product. It amazingly works on my dog. What I like most about the product is that installation was very easy. We didn’t have to dig up the entire circumference of our yard. Aside from requiring less work, it also saved me from the expenses required when you have to dig. I should have bought this product earlier. Great product!
