I would like to thank you for such a speedy order processing with prompt delivery and accuracy. My experience with on-line shopping for my firearms needs have been to say the least disappointing. Next-Day Air taking 4 days, receiving someone else's order instead of mine, being told they had no way to confirm on-line orders because there catalog #'s didn't match and it was pretty much luck if your order arrived correctly and last but not least a company couldn't process my order until they went to an employees house to use his/her computer to download the orders and it may be a week or so before they could get there. I am writing this email concerning my recent order with your company. I placed an order online and realize I ordered the wrong items. I telephoned your company and dealt with one of the customer service reps who was amazing in his professionalism and help. He not only took care of my changes, but, when he realized my order could not be filled as modified due to lack of inventory, he telephoned me and helped me choose a substitute item. Yesterday, March 2nd I received my collar and lead. I was pleasantly surprised at the superb quality of these two items. They met all my expectations and then some. When ordering items on the internet often the quality is less than pictures. But that was definitely not the case. I did not expect quality of this nature for the cost. The chestnut colored collar looks beautiful on my dark deadgrass Chesapeake Bay Retriever puppy although she is a little too small for it as she is only 3-1/2 months old. I know she will grow into it, though. I also know we will enjoy this collar and lead for a long time and that will not have to replace it, possibly ever.
