Good News Flowing From California as Spay/Neuter Bill Dies, Other Positive Legislation Moves to Governor

The end of the California legislative session brought good news for sportsmen. In a major victory, AB 1634, the California bill that would have required the spay or neuter of dogs and cats, including hunting dogs, is officially dead.
