Primedia Parts with Hunting, Shooting Titles

PRIMEDIA Inc. announced Thursday it has agreed to sell its hunting, fishing and shooting titles to InterMedia Outdoor Inc., an entity controlled by a New York-based private equity firm, for $170 million in cash. The titles comprise 17 hunting, fishing and shooting magazines, including "Guns & Ammo," "Game & Fish" and "Fly Fisherman."
