Young Shooters on TV The Outdoor Channel and the National Shooting Sports Foundation (NSSF) will again “STEP OUTSIDE” with millions of American TV viewers this fall. Two new, celebrity hosts –– Olympic gold medalist Kim Rhode and broadcaster/journalist Tom Gresham –– will follow the pursuits of first-time participants in hunting, shooting, fishing and other outdoor activities. “Television has the ability to open doors and inspire people,” said Jake Hartwick, executive vice president for The Outdoor Channel. “With Step Outside TV we are combining good entertainment with programming that will fundamentally contribute to the long term well-being of the outdoor industry.
