Young Hunters

The 12-year-old prospective hunter in Don Sapatkin's Philadelphia Inquirer story is wondering whether hunting is in his blood. Christopher Marone figures he'll know for sure after spending some time in the woods stalking or sitting quietly in a tree stand. "If you get bored, then you're not a hunter," observes the youngster, just one of about a million hunters expected in Pennsylvania and New Jersey woodlands for the next few weeks.
