Wiconsin Pheasants ForeverPrime hunting and outdoor recreation land, 3,100 acres between Madison and Milwaukee, has been dedicated as the Jefferson Marsh Wildlife Area due to efforts by the state's Department of Natural Resources, the U.S. Department of Agriculture and Pheasants Forever. The new area includes 2,700 acres of wetlands and prime habitat for pheasants, waterfowl, deer, turkeys, foxes and songbirds. |
