Supreme Court Justice Champions Hunting Delivering the keynote address Saturday at the National Wild Turkey Federation's annual convention in Nashville, U.S. Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia stressed the best thing avid outdoorsmen can do for hunting is to attack the stereotype that guns are only used for evil purposes. "The attitude of people associating guns with nothing but crime, that is what has to be changed," Scalia told a banquet crowd of about 2,000. Scalia, an enthusiastic hunter, added, "I hope (hunting culture) can be preserved ... the hunting culture, of course, begins with a culture that does not have a hostile attitude toward firearms."
