South Carolina Legislators To Form Sportsmen's Caucus State legislators voted to form the South Carolina Legislative Sportsmen’s Caucus, becoming the 29th state to create an identifiable group of allies willing to stand up for the rights of sportsmen. The National Assembly of Sportsmen’s Caucuses, to which the South Carolina group is the newest member, is a network of state lawmakers focused on promoting a pro-sportsmen agenda in the halls of state government.
