Smith & Wesson Opens Museum





Smith & Wesson has opened a museum at the company's headquarters in Springfield, Mass., the Springfield Republican reports. The museum is open to the public on Tuesdays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Thursdays from 1 to 3 p.m. and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Admission is free. Exhibits include more than 100 historic firearms and historic photographs and ads. The museum is an effort to preserve and document the company's 154-year history and is a partnership of Smith & Wesson and the Connecticut Valley Historical Museum.
