Senators: Governor Putting Residents in Harm's Way





New Jersey Gov. Jon Corzine's decision not to authorize a bear hunt originally scheduled for Dec. 4-9 "was a short-sighted politically expedient move, which is contrary to well-established wildlife management policy and will only serve to cause more and more dangerous human/bear contact," state senators Anthony R. Bucco and Robert Littell wrote in Sunday's Daily Record.
