No Firearms Questions From Doctors Health care professionals in Virginia would be prohibited from asking patients about firearms in the home under a bill passed by the state House, reports the Virginian-Pilot. If the bill becomes law, those who violate the measure could be disciplined and even lose his or her licence. The House passed the bill—HB 1531—with an 88-11 vote. It is now in the hands of the Senate.
