NSSF Promotion, New Addition Randy Clark, who joined the NSSF staff as director of retail partnerships in January, has been appointed to a newly created position as managing director of program development. In his new position, Clark will provide managerial leadership in developing NSSF programs and partnerships that add value to NSSF membership. Clark came to NSSF with more than 20 years experience in retail operations management. Additionally, NSSF has named Ted Novin as its new director of public affairs. Novin will serve as a spokesman for the firearm industry and oversee a segment of NSSF's communications and media outreach efforts. Novin brings 10 years of media relations and communications experience to NSSF, including four years as a spokesman for the National Rifle Association.
