Fund To Finance New York Appeal A federal judge’s decision to ignore federal law and allow New York City to proceed with its frivolous lawsuit against firearms companies once again underscores the importance of the Hunting and Shooting Sports Heritage Fund, which is set to combat the decision. "The Heritage Fund will fund the appeal of Judge Weinstein's erroneous decision," said Lawrence Keane, NSSF senior vice president and general counsel.
