Township trustees, however, have voted to remove the reference to firearms, opening that and four other developed parks to open and concealed carry and removing the threat of a $100 fine for a first offense. The ban on guns conflicted with Ohio law, reports Cincinnati's The Enquirer, and the new policy revises park rules that date back to 1990.
