Coltsville: National Historic Landmark? A committee of the National Park Service will decide next month whether to recommend that parts of Coltsville -- the area of Hartford, Conn., developed by gun maker Samuel Colt -- be designated a National Historic Landmark, a decision the Hartford Courant calls "a critical moment in state history."
