Byrd Proudly Promotes Outdoor Lifestyles Tracy Byrd, two-time honorary chair of National Hunting and Fishing Day and perennial country music hit maker, is continuing his very public support of outdoor lifestyles on his Web site's home page. Byrd promotes National Hunting and Fishing Day, the Sept. 23 event founded 35 years ago by NSSF and now housed at Wonders of Wildlife museum, as well as his involvement in archery tournaments and hunting-related fundraisers. Byrd's latest single, “Cheapest Motel,” is set for release in mid-June, while his new album "Different Things" will hit stores in September.
