A one-bird difference in DeWitt’s qualifying score separated her from the gold medal, taken by China’s Mei Zhu. Dominic Grazioli of San Antonio, Texas, won the bronze medal for his third-place finish in men’s trap. He was tied for fourth after the qualifier and tied for third overall. Grazioli persevered to clinch the bronze after a seven-target shoot-off.
