America Represented by the Spirit of 76 USA Shooting, the national governing body for the Olympic shooting sports in the United States, has sent 76 of its finest athletes to Zagreb, Croatia, to compete in the 49th International Shooting Sports Federation World Shooting Championships. The event began on July 21 and continues through August 6. The championships draw more than 2,000 participants from approximately 100 nations, and Americans will be vying to secure its remaining 13 quota places for the next Olympic Games.
