ATF Raids Gun Parts Business KT Ordnance, the Dillon, Montana, manufacturer of gun parts, was raided by ATF on June 7. Owner Richard Celata told the Billings Gazette that he hasn't been charged with any crimes. He also explained that the gun parts he sells are close to finish but do not constitute gun kits that can be assembled into ready-to-shoot firearms. "There's no way to assemble this in any way that you can fire it. You have to actually do some machining," said Celata.
