$1.37 Million For New Mexico Shooting Range

New Mexico has approved $1.37 million for planning, design, construction and equipment improvements at the public Shooting Range Park in Albuquerque. On March 8, Gov. Bill Richardson signed H.B. 622, clearing the way for funding that will benefit shooting sports enthusiasts. Sportsmen's groups, including NSSF, NRA and the New Mexico Shooting Sports Association, worked in support of the bill. The facility will host the NRA National Police Shooting Championships later this year.
