The compact SportDog SD 400 - Field Trainer is ideal for training in the yard, field, or for hunting with dogs that hunt close. Both the transmitter and receiver are waterproof and submersible. It can be expanded to control up to 3 dogs by adding SportDOG Add-A-Dog Collars. The comfortable "soft coat" transmitter finish makes this unit a pleasure to handle. Dog training gear the way you'd design it.

After the first year the owner of the SportDog product will be responsible for a service fee component to cover labor charges. Parts are free for the life of the product. Please note: rechargeable batteries are covered in full for the first year of the warranty. They are not covered under the lifetime parts warranty.
