The SportDog Field Trainer SD-400S offers all the features of the SD-400, but is an electronic dog collar specially designed for tougher, more stubborn dogs. The SportDog Field Trainer 400S is ideal for training in the yard, field, or for hunting with dogs that hunt closely to you. Both the transmitter and receiver are waterproof and submersible. It can be expanded to control up to 3 dogs by adding SportDog Brand Add-A-Dog collars. The comfortable "soft coat" transmitter finish makes this unit a pleasure to handle. Dog training gear the way you'd design it.

SportDog Warranty:
Sport Dog dog training products come with a lifetime warranty for parts and a 1-year warranty for labor. After the first year the owner of the SportDog product will be responsible for a service fee component to cover labor charges. Parts are free for the life of the product. Please note: rechargeable batteries are covered in full for the first year of the warranty. They are not covered under the lifetime parts warranty.
