Nine times our of ten your dog will obey if you can reach out and touch him. The “Pager” feature gives you this ability by causing the collar to vibrate.

Used as a non-electrical correction, the “Pager” offers you a gentle touch for training finesse.

The Dogtra 1000NP also offers the “Nick” feature. This gives single pulse of stimulation that lasts just a fraction of a second no matter how long you push the button. The “Nick” is mild but motivating.

The Dogtra 1000 series transmitter is very inconspicuous, fitting easily in the palm of your hand. It gives you all the features of a larger transmitter but with a ½ mile range. The collar is rugged and waterproof without an external antenna.
