TexMark warrants that its products are free from defects in material or manufacture for a period of 12 months from original date of purchase. During the first year after the original date of consumer purchase or receipt as a gift, if defective, TexMark will repair or replace the unit, with no charge to you for parts and labor. This warranty does not apply to failure of the unit resulting from misuse, abuse, accident, neglect or mishandling. After the first year, a flat rate of $35.00 should be included with your repair order.

Parts and/or replacement product supplied under this warranty may be new or rebuilt at TexMark's option.
