The Pro Ears ProMag GOLD electronic hearing protection has a larger ear cup design which is great for extreme noise environments and allows the user to have maximum hearing protection with a NRR of 33 dB. The Full-cup design makes this muff a great choice for the handgun shooter and is used by Range Masters/Instructor, who are exposed to an extraordinary amount of shooting.

The Pro Ears ProMag GOLD series comes with a high-tech, 8 bit Micro-Processor inside the muffs. This is a great feature because everytime you turn on your unit, the Micro-Processor inside runs a complete diagnostic test of all the electronics to make sure that your unit is in proper running order. It also monitors the entire electronic system 10,000 per second.

The Pro Mag Gold is designed with Receiver/Input capabilities for: AM/FM Radio, Cassette Tape, Stereo, CD and other electronic Communication/Entertainment Receiving Devices.

All PRO-EARS models carry a full 5-year warranty on the electronics, the longest in the industry. The closest competitor offers a 1-year warranty. If there is a problem in the electronics it will usually show up in the first 3 months. Just call the manufacturer for an RMA number (return merchandise authorization) and they will repair / replace the defective board. Once the Pro Ears engineering department receives the electronic hearing protection, it is repaired and shipped back to you within 2 to 3 days. Usually, they ship the same day it is received.
