WARRANTY:
Tri-Tronics warrants its products, when subject to normal and proper use, to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for either 1 or 2 years (varies by product) from the date of purchase from Tri-Tronics or one of its authorized dealers. Within these periods, Tri-Tronics will, at its sole option, repair or replace, at no charge, any components or rechargeable batteries that fail in normal use during the warranty period with new or reconditioned components. The warranty is void if the product has been altered or if unauthorized service has been performed on such product.
The warranty does not cover physical damage or abuse to the product. The warranty is transferable to a new owner. Proof of purchase may be required to obtain warranty service. The customer, at its sole cost, shall be responsible for shipping the product to Tri-Tronics. Tri-Tronics, at its sole cost (in the US and Canada only), shall be responsible for shipping the product back to the customer after it is repaired. All repair work done by Tri-Tronics on its products, under warranty or not, is warranted for 180 days from completion of such work.
