All equipment manufactured by Wildlife Materials International Inc. is covered by a five-year warranty on the electronic circuits. Other parts purchased elsewhere, such as batteries and cases, are guaranteed for one year. Warranties may be voided if equipment shows signs of damage from acts of God, tampering, or accidents.
Please note, All Tracking Equipment, including our dog tracking collars, have a 14 day return policy. In order to receive and avoid restocking fees on tracking equipment please contact the returns department within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange for Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA).
