Purina Performance Bar - Feeding Instructions:
Note: Each case has 12 bars - 2 oz
At the onset of exercise: give 1/2 bar per 50 lbs of body weight.
During exercise: give 1/2 bar per 50 lbs of body weight every 45-60 minutes.
At the completion of exercise: give one bar per 50 lbs of body weight within 20 minutes of finishing exercise, optimally within 10 minutes.
