Mac won the Hunting Retriever Class at the Labrador Retriever Club of the Potomac Specialty against stiff competition which included other Champions of record. The Labrador Retriever Club of the Potomac is one of the largest Labrador Retriever gatherings with over 1240 total entries. The Potomac is considered by many to be the Breeders National Specialty. Mac also made the cut in the Best of Breed ring which included over 80 entries.

Mac had the Highest Qualifying Obedience Score by a Champion of Record at Miami Valley Labrador Retriever Specialty May 2004. He also won the Hunting Retriever Dog class at Miami Valley.
