The dog hunts methodically and always checks back. There’s no need for shock collar; however, he’s been collar conditioned. The dog also has been through the VDD tests scoring 68 for VJP and 182 for HZP. The dog is well obedient and handles very well to hand signals. Dog has been force retrieved, force to pile, baseball handling, heeling, and remote place board. He has genuine and sweet temperament and gets along with both other dogs and children well. This dog does not get along with any cats or birds. If you are looking for a hunting companion and does not have the time to train one, this is the one. He’s truly a well rounded dog. However, if you are looking for a canine companionship only this is not the dog for you, he is a powerful dog and has very high prey drive.
