This is a beyond awesome dog, one of the best you will ever see. This is a very rear dog, at 45 I never seen a dog preform like her. Just to give you an example, I was at a field trail several years ago (which I don't participate in) that a friend was having on their big farm. After the end of the day and awards handed out, I was allowed to take Casey out and clean up, right at the start of the course she found a bird and keep finding them all along the way, this is after thirty plus dogs ran the course. She found more birds then the winner, by a long shot. She has even been on a hunting show. Two years ago we had to close our public game preserve due to loosing the lease. She ran number one, even last year doing private hunts and having younger dogs, she still ran number one. She has not got to hunt much this year and it is a shame, she needs to find someone who hunt this dog, because this is her passion. Decided, she needs to find a nice home to retire to, Ok, a couch to retire to. She is fully house broken. Casey is a close working dog, very natural, you don't have work this dog, she will teach you. She has many good years of hunting left and is good grouse dog. Would make a older gentleman a great dog! Her full name Shenandoah Mtn Wind'em Casey and scored 100 on her Penn Hip. We are going to be very picky on where she goes, she has given us many years of great service and love, and we are going to make sure she finds the right place, hope you understand. She must become to someone is planning on having her as a house dog. Tied up outside or left in a kennel will not fly!!
