This is a VERY special breeding between two serious hunting dogs that have also proven themselves to be great hunt test competitors.

BEAR is one of 16 dogs in history to have attained the 4XGMPR and HRCH and MH titles and the only one we know of to be 100% amateur trained. That really speaks to his intelligence, willingness to learn and please and trainability. In addition to being a 4 Time Grand Master Pointing Retriever and Hunter Retriever Champion, Bear passed the AKC Master Hunter test 9 times and qualified for the 2014 Master National.

Libby was trained for the Advanced Pointing title in just two weeks of work! That also speaks to her intelligence, talent and trainability. She is the direct daughter of Mr All-World Super Dog GMPR GMHRCH HRCH Rockerin Medicine Beau MH (2012 APLA Hall of Fame) who was one of the best all-around pointing / hunting / competition dogs ever!

Both parents are very serious upland and waterfowl hunters that are extensively hunted every season. Both have incredible talent and desire to find, point and retrieve upland birds AND sit in a blind waiting for the command to retrieve waterfowl. These are not just dogs that play games, but never really hunt. After being great members of the family, the primary purpose and mission for these dogs is TO HUNT!

Both Bear and Libby possess these traits:

- Super intelligent
- Very trainable
- Wonderful "want to please" friendly dispositions
- High energy to upland or waterfowl hunt, but great off switch too around the home
- Very strong and athletic body confirmation
- Very nice size/shape heads (Not the narrow type head of many PLs)

These will be strong, muscular, taller labs that can tear up a pheasant field with amazing endurance or sit quietly in a duck blind waiting for the word to get that bird!!!
