Nine puppies just whelped on Jan.16th! Out of 5 females and 4 males, only 1 female and 1 male still available. They will be ready to go home mid-March. The combination of both parent’s talents, record, and that something special that makes a champion bodes well for the future success of their pups. The vast majority of both parents’ lineage are title holders. Pedigree available via email upon request.

Sire
The sire, FC AFC Raintree's Lighthouse Fantastic, was the number two Amateur point dog in the nation, high point in the Mid-East Interclub 2003, and has earned both his FC and AFC titles. He is extremely bitable, consistent, flashy, and has an excellent nose and impressive marking ability. His combination of training ease and proven ability to win makes him an excellent stud choice. He is OFA (Hips) Good and CERF (eyes) clear.

Dam
The dam, Marcia's Wild Prairie Winds, is 3 ½ years of age, and was high point puppy in the Mid-East Interclub in 2002, thanks to her style and enthusiasm. Her sire was a Canadian National Field Trial Champion, as well as a FC. She has her Junior Hunter title, with the first two legs earned when she was only a year old with a first time handler. In field trials, she has made it to the third series more often than not, and has been completely trained by a first-time amateur. She has an excellent nose, marking ability, and is very intelligent. Her spark and stamina are extraordinary. She is always the last dog still running hard during hunting. She is OFA (hips) certified Good, CERF (eyes) clear, and PFK negative.

Pups
In addition to being exceptional trial and gun dogs, the parents are both also excellent around children and in the home, making loving pets as well as dedicated hunters and “trialers.” Pups will receive ample socialization, vaccinations, dewclaws removed, tails docked, wormed, plus a hip and eye guarantee. Reservations are currently being accepted with a $150 deposit.
