SportDog dog training products come with a lifetime warranty for parts and a 1-year warranty for labor. After the first year the owner of the SportDog product will be responsible for a service fee component to cover labor charges. Parts are free for the life of the product. Please note: rechargeable batteries are covered in full for the first year of the warranty. They are not covered under the lifetime parts warranty. Gundogs Online recommends that you register your SportDog product with the manufacturer at the time of purchase. Warranty cards are included with your purchase.
